Grilled Coriander-Honey Lamb Chops with Garlic Chips

Eight medium-sized lamb chops are marinated in 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of ground coriander seeds for an hour or so. Then they get grilled to desired level of doneness. The grilled lamb chops are served topped with crispy garlic chips made of 4 large cloves of garlic, peel and sliced thinly crosswise, and fried over medium-low heat in plain vegetable oil until golden brown.
