Corn and Sago Pudding with Coconut Cream

A favorite among Southeast Asians, says our friend, Leela of She Simmers, who has shared the recipe for corn and sago pudding with coconut cream here. This thick, sweet, satisfying dessert can be enjoyed cold, at room temperature, or warm.

Ingredients: dry pearl sago, corn, sugar, salt, coconut cream
